The organization reserves the right to accept or reject registrations, as well as to cancel registrations already made, at its discretion. In order to ensure a positive experience for all participants and the orderly conduct of the event, the organizer may, at its discretion and without the need to provide further explanations, remove any participant deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the event.

Those who purchase a ticket and participate in the event formally agree that these provisions constitute an essential part of the conditions related to the purchase and/or participation in the event itself.
